Worst Made in China product or experience: (optional): Mattel toy recall! Actually we did not have any of the toys listed, but it prompted me to rid my home of all Mattel/Fisher Price toys. I mean, I do not wish to discover some months down the line the the toys that were NOT recalled WILL be! I no longer shop these companies for toys, opting for natural good old fashion toys from the USA and Europe. There are many stores online who have such toys! However, I feel for the factory workers in China as well as the children -everyone suffers when it comes to cutting corners for the sake of the Almighty Dollar/Yuan.

Hello!

I was invited here by Mommy Zabs after I discovered her site www.notchinamade.net. I hope to be here off and on as I have my hands full with my almost 2 yr old daughter!

Prompted by the Mattel recalls, I decided to join in this issue and hope to learn all I can from you all. In turn, I wish to educate others as it seems this is virtually unheard of by many people. (Well, everyone I have spoken with anyway)
